Sponsor Hub – Listings and Advertisements

Submit your company’s online listing by logging into your Sponsor Hub. Instructions to log-in can be found below. You will need to log in with the email that received the Sponsor Welcome Letter. If you need assistant, please contact Paula Mishler at [email protected] .

Exhibitor Manual and EES Online Ordering Portal – The Exhibitor Manual and the ordering portal by EES, Expo Event Services, is to help exhibitors navigate the event, place furniture and signage orders, calculate pricing, and more.  

The portal contains information below: 

  • Order booth furnishings (labor and equipment/utilities) 

  • Shipping addresses for exhibitor freight 

  • Important dates and deadlines  

  • Material Handling and Drayage 

  • Independent Display House/Contractor Form

Hotel and Travel – The group rate is available until 5/16 or until sold out. Therefore, please book your room ASAP! 

Important Dates and Deadlines – We recommend creating calendar appointments for discount deadlines, the Booth Approval Form deadline, and the event registration deadline to ensure your investments are maximized and your move-in goes as smoothly as possible.
